PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   The Board of Directors of the Lakeport Fire Protection District engaged Ridgeline Municipal Strategies to perform a study to determine what the District should charge for mitigation fees.  The study, along with associated documents, will be made available to the public for inspection between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at 445 N. Main Street, Lakeport, CA 95453 beginning on December 30, 2023.  The documents will also be published on the District’s website at www.lakeportfire.com.   The Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 for constituents to provide input on the mitigation fee study and proposed changes.  The hearing, followed by the regular monthly’ board meeting, will be held at the Lakeport Fire Protection District, 445 N. Main Street, Lakeport, CA 95453.
